RESEARCH
What about Germany in 2007, 18 years after the german wall felt? Are there still the the categories ›east‹ and ›west‹? I began my research after being asked if I can teach someone ›eastern german‹ (but there is only ›sächsisch‹ f.ex.). I noticed that it's a lot about predjudices, which are disallowed. So I decided to travel around in germany and listen to the people while they were feeling unobserved.RESULT
The result is this book divided in 2 main parts and an infopart. The first capture shows my journey with pictures and textes. The second is an empty one which can and should be filled by your travel experiences. I got the impression that the topic is regarded as a displeasing one that shouldn't exist anymore – after 18 years (2007) of a united germany. Because of that and my way of restricted research I hid the statements inside the pages. This book is an invitation to an active discussion about germany today. I hope, that it won't be an exclusive east-german debate.
